We accept returns. You can return items purchased from Us within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:

Product must be returned in its original packaging.

DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier .
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3 – 7 working days and from 10to 14 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery No Delivery fee within or outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

The process of shipping the items/good conditions will be done by DHL or FedEx
Free delivery for all Products.
Cancellation
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Ship it backThe following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, please proceed to Step 3.Please ship the item(s) back to Us. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address:We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.
Inspection & RefundUpon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.
